Epistemological Divisions

Epistemology general involves a debate between rationalism and empiricism, or the question of whether knowledge can be acquired. It is basically divided and focus into two types:

v  Empiricism: Knowledge that is obtained through experience.

v  Rationalism: Knowledge can be acquired through the use of reason.
